Alice Lucy Dulaney

Alice Lucy (Hoover) Dulaney passed away on Monday, November 15, 2021. She was born September 17, 1931 in Zenith, IL to Glenn and Julia Ethel (Kurtz) Hoover. Alice had 6 siblings, Edith May (Mitchell) Hoover, Marion Adele (Edmiston) Hoover, Glenn Eldon Hoover, Carl Kurtz Hoover, Mabel Gene (Nunn) Hoover, and Howard Clark Hoover.

Alice married Freddie Carl Dulaney on November 23, 1949, who predeceased her in 2001. Alice and Carl had four children, Alice Karen (Boyd) Dulaney, Barbara Ann Dulaney, Donna Jean (Kibler) Dulaney, and Edward Carl Dulaney.

Alice and Carl had nine grandchildren, Paul Brian Kibler, Jamie Colleen (Steros) Kibler, William Daniel Kibler, Jr., Christopher A. Boyd, Tina Marie Boyd, Amanda Leigh (Lawrence) Dulaney, Samantha Anne (Rhoads) Dulaney, Kathryn Marie Dulaney, Joshua Edward Dulaney and Meagan Kathleen (Freire) Dulaney.

There are eight great grandchildren, Adelise Defranco, Justin Joseph Steros, Braden James Steros, Ursula Alice Jean Rhoads, Onnika Abigail Rhoads, Kora May Lawrence, Hunter Lee Lawrence, Alice Claire Kibler.

Alice was a self sacrificing, Christian woman, a wonderful fun mother and a gracious wife and loving grandmother. She will be sorely missed.
