Allan Dwayne Mitchell, age 54, of St. Peters, Missouri, passed away on Friday, August 11, 2017 in Bridgeton, Missouri. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri on May 7, 1963.
Allan was a dispatcher at BLI Logistics for 14 years, was a U.S Army Veteran, loved watching movies, and was a car enthusiast. He married the former Kathryn Bacon on September 24, 1993 in St. Charles, MO.
Allan is survived by his beloved wife, Kathryn of St. Peters, MO; a loving daughter, Alison Merriott of St. Peters, MO, and two loving sons, Gordon (Robin) Hebert of Warrenton, MO, and Daniel (Robyn) Hebert of St. Charles, MO. Loving grandfather to 8 grandchildren, Stephen Merriott, Elijah Ecton, Mikayla Scott, Austin Scott, Jackson Scott, Liam Hebert, Julien Hebert, and Sebastien Hebert; his mother, Mary Eileen Goellner of Tampa, FL; a sister, Norma (Jimmie) Eason of Tampa, FL, and a brother, Dennis (Marti) Kempf of Hornersville, MO.
He was a loving family man who devoted his life to the people he loved.
Services will be 6:00 pm Wednesday, July 16, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, MO 63376. The family will receive friends prior to services from 4:00pm until 6:00pm.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
