Amelia Louise "Amy" Speck, age 80, of Chesterfield, Missouri passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2024 in Chesterfield, Missouri. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on February 6, 1943 to Roland and Amelia Paulick (nee Yokly).

Amy is survived by her beloved husband of 52 years, Tom Speck; dear brother, Ronald (Barbara) Paulick; treasured nieces, Christy (Patrick) Olson and Angela Paulick; cherished nephews, Shawn (Ali) Walters, Frank (Beth) Aguilar, Will (Kristina) Aguilar, and R.J. Paulick; and a host of other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Roland Leo Paulick; mother, Amelia Louise Paulick; and sister, Gloria (J.T.) Varble.

Amy loved to travel, and took a vacation every year to the ocean. She enjoyed visiting the islands, and spending time on the sand, in the sea, and loved all kinds of sea-life. She lived in Florida for ten years, and said it was like having a vacation every weekend.

Memorial contributions may be made in Amy's honor to Catholic Relief Services.

A visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, West County Chapel on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm. A second visitation will be held the following morning at St. Clare of Assisi Catholic Church on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 from 10:30 am - 11:00 am, with Mass beginning at 11:00 am.
