Anna R. Deblaze

Anna R. DeBlaze, age 80, of Saint Peters, Missouri passed away on Friday, July 30, 2021. She was born in Saint Louis, Missouri on April 18, 1941 to Virgil and Mary Hendrickson (nee Brummel).
Anna was married to Joseph DeBlaze for 57 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Anna enjoyed reading, drawing, painting, making jewelry, playing cards and making crafts with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed going to garage sales and thrift stores. Anna was devoted to her Catholic faith, and she prayed for her family and friends every night.
Anna is survived by her husband, Joseph P. DeBlaze, Sr.; her children, Joseph (Nancy) DeBlaze Jr.; Mary A. (James) Powers; and Bob V. (Chris) DeBlaze; her grandchildren, Amanda, Tyler, Jessica, Corey, Micky, Caitlin, Hayley and John; and her great-grandchildren, Noelle and Liam; She will be dearly missed by many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil J. and Mary L. Hendrickson.
Visitation will be from 9:30 am until 11:00 am with Mass immediately following at 11:00 am, both on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 1424 S 1st Capitol Dr, St Charles, MO 63303. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Louis.
For the safety of the DeBlaze family and their guests, face coverings are requested for all funeral events.
