Anna Williamson

Anna "Maria" Williamson, age 57, of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2022. She was born in Valdosta, Georgia on September 27, 1965 to Donald and Shirley Smith (Ezel).

Maria had a mothers loving heart and a sharp whit. She loved her friends and family deeply and never failed to make those around her smile and laugh. She drove a bus for Orchard Farm R-5 school district for 17 years and loved every moment of it. She was loved by the students she drove and would always lend a helping hand. She loved life and all the little things. She was never down for long when life knocked her off her feet. She supported her sons in any endeavor they undertook. She touched many people's lives and she will be sorely missed by the people who knew her.

Maria is survived by her mother Shirley Smith; husband, Joseph Lee Williamson Sr.; her sons, Joseph Lee Williamson II, and Stuart Lee (Liza) Williamson; her granddaughters, Layla Williamson, Camila Williamson; her brother, Donald Smith Jr.; her sister, Summer (Doug) Erxleben; and her mother-in-law, Mary Theresa Dwyer. She will be dearly missed by many other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Smith, Sr.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm with a funeral service to follow at 4:00 pm, both on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at St. Peters Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376.
