Barbara Bales, age 75, of O'Fallon, Missouri passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2023 in O'Fallon, Missouri. She was born in California, Missouri on March 8, 1948 to Harley and Helen Payne (nee Campbell).
Barbara was a beautician for 44 years. She was married to William Bales for 57 years.
Barbara loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren.
Barbara is survived by her Husband, Son, Bill (Jen) Bales; Daughter, Jodi (Mike) Fitzgerald; Three grandchildren, Kenzie Bales, Molly Fitzgerald, Mason Fitzgerald; and a host of other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her Son, Mike Bales; Father, Harley Payne; and Mother, Helen Maechling.
Visitation will be Tuesday, May 9, 2023 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at St. Peters Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. Interment will follow the next morning at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery at 10:45am. Meet at Sylvan Springs Park down the street from Jefferson Barracks at 10:30am.
