Barbara L. Greer

Barbara L. Greer, age 86, of St. Peters, Missouri passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2017. She was born in Benton, Il. on August 29, 1931 to Harold and Beatrice Kohrs .

Barbara was married to the late Duel William Greer Sr. for 61 years before he passed on March 5, 2010. Mrs. Greer was a mother who enjoyed caring for her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Betty Mace.

Barbara is survived by her sons, Duel William (Mary) Greer, Jr. of Colorado Springs, CO., Stephen Wayne (Linda) Greer of O'Fallon, MO. and Kenneth Greer of St. Peters, MO.; grandchildren, James Greer, Simone Greer and Chad (Natasha) Greer; great-grandchildren, Isadore Greer, Selena Greer, Mason Greer and Lidia Greer; a brother, Lawrence Dean (Joyce) Kohrs and a host of nephew, nieces, cousins, other family members and friends.

Visitation will be from 10:00-12:00pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions 837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr. St. Peters, MO 63376 on November 7, 2017. Funeral Ceremony will be 12:00 pm Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions with Pastor Noel Stephens officiating. Interment will be held at 1:45 pm at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery 2900 Sheridan Rd. St. Louis, Mo 63125.
