Barbara Sue Like

Barbara Sue Like (nee Crawford) passed away on September 10, 2020. She was the daughter of the late Othor and Frances (nee Downing) Crawford. Beloved mother of Kimberly Ellis. Loving grandma of Orville III (Jessica) Stout, Eric (Kassie) Stout, Jeffrey (Vanna) Stout and Zachary Stout. Proud G-Gma of Trevor, Nyia, Brysen, Fayth, Paizlie, Savannah, Orville IV, and Karmen. Dearest sister of Brenda (Kevin) Madden. Cherished Godmother of William Ellis. Dear aunt, cousin and friend of many.

Barbara's greatest love in life was her family, most especially her grand and great grand babies. She found much enjoyment in life in watching her favorite television programs such as Father Brown and murder mysteries. Barbara loved spending time looking out her window admiring birds, nature, and watching the river flow. Her love for food was undeniable and she found great satisfaction in sharing a meal with family and friends, particularly during the holidays. Barbara had a great outlook on life and made it a priority to stay positive. She started each day with saying "It's going to be a beautiful day!"

The family will receive friends for a memorial celebration of Barbara's life on Saturday, October 3, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, MO 63376.
