Barry Dale Melton, age 70, of O Fallon, Missouri passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023 in O Fallon, Missouri. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri on April 15, 1952 to Lee and Ruth Melton (nee Taylor).
Barry is survived by his two daughters, Amanda K. (Scott) Brackman and Edna J. (Pat) McCarty; son, Orion L. Melton; six grandchildren, Michael McCarty, Kaylyn Brackman, Samuel McCarty, Paul Brackman, Pamela Brackman, Daniel McCarty; two brothers, Frank (Sharon) Melton and David (Sherry) Melton; sister, Ruth Ann (Phil) Krueger; nephew, Benji (Shannon) Bogardus; and a host of other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife and son, Pamela J. Melton and Lee G. Melton; mother, Ruth Jane Melton; father, Lee Dale Melton; three brothers, Bill Melton, Bob Melton, Fred Melton; and sister, Nancy Melton.
Visitation will be held at 3:00 PM. Funeral Ceremony will be held at 5:00 pm on Friday, March 10, 2023 at St. Peters Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376.
