Betty Deloys Lancaster, age 87, of Moscow Mills, Missouri passed away on Monday, December 12, 2022 in Moscow Mills, Missouri. She was born in Arkansas on July 25, 1935 to Sam Carter and Maggie Smallwood (nee Bucher).
Betty is survived by her , Two Daughters, Karen (Peter) Pulizzi, Sandy Mason; Two Sons, Jerry W. (Linda S.) Kellum of Marthasville, MO, Mike Kellum; Eighteen Grandkids; Thirty-Two Great-Grandkids; Three Great-Great Grandkids; Two Sisters, Clara Peterson, Anna Mae Carter; and a host of other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her Father, Sam Stephen Carter; Mother, Maggie Smallwood; Husband, Donald Kellum; and Husband, Joe Wayne Lancaster.
