Billy Wayne Jones

Billy Wayne Jones, age 71, of Saint Louis, Missouri passed away on Friday, April 9, 2021. He was born in Manila, Arkansas on November 5, 1949 to Clarence and Mae Ola Jones (nee Taylor).

Billy was married to Marie Jones for years. He was one of 14 children with 6 brothers and 7 sisters.

He is survived by his wife, Marie Jones, his daughters, Shelly Riesenbeck, Diana M (Ray) Dickerson, Amy J (Ron) Smith and a host of other family members and friends.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, two sisters and his son Chris. Bill lived a life as a humble man giving his time and skills to all those in need. He was considered a father, uncle and friend to many.

Bill was lucky to be surrounded by family at the time of his passing and his family was able to keep their promise of him going to heaven from the comfort of his own home. His physical suffering has ended and his journey in heaven will be abundant of love and laughter joining his many family members and friends that have gone before him.

Until we are joined together in heaven he will be loved and missed by many. Although our hearts are broken, we are comforted in the fact that his pain and suffering to breathe and walk have ended.

His memory will be cherished and live on for generations to come. We bless his memory and the impact he has made in our lives.

Funeral Ceremony will be 7:30 pm Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 7:30pm.
