Bradley Kyle White

January 30, 1957 — January 29, 2021

Bradley Kyle White, age 63, of St. Peters, MO, passed away at home on Friday, January 29, 2021, after being fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church.

Brad was born in St. Louis on January 31, 1957 to Aubrey Gerald "Jerry" White, Jr. and Maridell White (nee Aldag). An incredibly hard worker, his first job was at the age of five, selling newspapers to the fine people of Kirkwood. When he was 13, he and a friend made a makeshift sailing vessel and paddled down the Mississippi all the way to New Orleans. Brad earned his GED at 15 and enrolled in the United States Marine Corps at 17. He remained proud to be a Marine all his life.

While in the Marines, he honed his technical skills that would serve him the rest of his life. He was forever being called upon by friends and family to help with computer or electrical issues. He founded Reality Systems LLC, a document imaging company, with two other partners in 1999. Due to their success in this innovative field, Reality Systems was sold in 2008 to a national company. He worked for the last seven years for Edward Jones, providing IT support, allowing him to share his vast knowledge of computers.

A lover of music, he was first violin chair in the St. Louis Symphony Youth Orchestra, sang for Pope John Paul II with the Archdiocesan Choir, and sang in several choirs at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish. He taught his children the fine art of singing along to The Beatles and other "oldies" while driving in the car.

After a romance that began at the Kirkwood Velvet Freeze, he married Mary Louise (nee Hesse) on March 14, 1981. They went on to raise eight children that were his pride and joy. He could usually be found with a science fiction book in his hand and his main vice was his daily Pepsi habit. He had a love of airplanes, outer space, history, computers, mathematics, and debate (and even, perhaps, a love of being right). Brad was a master at finding the most obscure words while playing Boggle with his kids and was a lifetime member of the White House Society for the Study of Statistical Anomalies (his family poker club).

Brad is survived by his wife, Mary Louise White (nee Hesse); his eight children, Maria (Jason) White-Dickman, Caroline (Corey) Specter, Bradley (Megan) White, Richard (Stefanie) White, Robert White, Katherine (Andrew) Johnson, Elizabeth White, and Margaret White; his siblings Christopher White and Becci (John) Tollini; his father Aubrey "Jerry" (Mary) White; his uncle James (Cindy) White; and seven grandchildren, Bradley, Connor, Jacob, Oliver, Daisy, Benjamin, and Faye; as well as many aunts, brothers- and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Maridell, and his brother, Robert.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, February 3rd, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 2 Seton Court, St. Charles, MO at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., in the vestibule of the church immediately prior to the Mass.

The Mass will be streamed on YouTube via the following link: https://youtu.be/ZPqBlWZtk4I
