Brenda Rasberry

Brenda Kay Rasberry, age 77, of Chesterfield, Missouri passed away on Monday, April 1, 2024, in Chesterfield, Missouri. She was born in McKenzie, Tennessee on February 14, 1947, to John and Mary Cozart (nee Webb).

Brenda (MawMaw) was a devoted mother and grandmother. Her utmost priority was her family whom she cherished dearly. She was a fearless southern woman who was protective of her family. Brenda was a generous, loving, supportive, and unselfish woman who always put other people before herself. She was one of the kindest people you could ever meet. She opened her heart and home to many over the years. Brenda's legacy of love, laughter, and compassion will forever be with those she knew. Brenda was loved dearly and will be profoundly missed by her family and friends.

Brenda is survived by her son, Bryan Lee (Brenna) Rasberry; her daughter, Kimberly Dawn Jones; her grandchildren, Taylor (Madisson Howell) Jones, Brandon (Sierra) Jones, Rachel Jones, Kailey Weitkemper, Emma Mulligan, Jake Rasberry, and Luke Rasberry; her great-grandchildren, Samuel Jones, Elijah Jones, and Josiah Jones; and her sister-In-Law, Carrol Cozart.

She was preceded in death by her father, John D. Cozart; her mother, Mary Cozart; and her brothers, John Wallace Cozart, Buddy Joe Cozart, and Hugh David Cozart.

Visitation will take place from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm with a funeral service to follow at 12:00 pm all on Monday, April 8, 2024, at St. Peters Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376.
