Brent Michael Ermeling, 42, of Wentzville, Mo passed away May 14, 2024, after a short illness.
Brent was born on October 13, 1981 to Stanley "Stan" Ermeling and Karen (Cox) Ermeling in St. Charles, Mo. On April 29, 2006 he was married to Sara Leann Vollmer. She survives, along with his daughters, Sydney and Tessa.
Brent was a master at woodworking, building the majority of the furnishings in their home. He was an avid reader, history buff and trivia master (useless and otherwise). Brent was a fisherman and hunter. Brent's music and movie knowledge was unparalleled. But most of all he was a good husband and great girl dad.
Brent was a graduate of St. Charles High School and CMSU, aka UCM. He has worked for the City of Wentzville for many years, working currently as a Project Manager for the Public Works Department.
Brent will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Those who will miss him most are his wife Sara and daughters, Sydney and Tessa. His mother Karen (Cox) Ermeling and brother Brad and wife Jessica and nieces Ella and Nora and nephews Owen and new baby to come, and his grandmother Rosie Cox. His Godson, Dominic Costello. His mother-in-law, Linda Vollmer, sister-in-law, Stacy Vollmer and grandmother-in-law Velma Flippin and father-in-law, Darrell Vollmer. As well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
