Candace M. "Candy" Hoffmann (nee Graves), passed away August 15, 2020. She is the beloved daughter of the late Richard and Marie (nee Von Behren) Graves. Loving wife of the late Frederick L. Hoffmann Jr. Loving mother of Derek Hoffmann and Wendee (Matt) Kowalik. Dearest sister of Teri Graves and Kevin (Erin) Graves. Adored GranCan of Ashley, Trinitie, and Destinee Hoffmann and Lucas and Radek Kowalik. She also leaves behind numerous friends, too many to count.
Her Grandkids were her world and she lived vicariously through them!!! She was a friend to anyone she met and always the life of the party. Candy was an avid golfer, loved going to the boat to gamble and she loved to travel, any chance she could, anywhere with a beach!
