Cecil "Bo" Burbank

Cecil "Bo" James Burbank, age 76 of Overland, MO, passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 in St Louis, MO. He was born on June 19, 1946 inSt Louis, MO. He was "the baby" of the family, out of eleven children born to Harry Earl and Cecil Irene (Jackson) Burbank.

He served in the United States Army from 1966 – 1969. Bo retired from Fort Zumwalt School District, where he was a facilities
manager and maintenance worker. After retiring, he enjoyed being outdoors, he even did a little star gazing. His number one passion was his grandchildren. He attended most of their school and sporting events. His number two passion was golf. Bo enjoyed playing with his son and brothers. Bo also enjoyed fishing, PlayStation golf, motorcycling, and taking walks or playing with his dog, Milly. Bo was a kind and compassionate man, who loved everyone.

Survivors include his sons, Tim (Rhonda) Burbank, Greg Burbank and Jeff (Amanda) Burbank. His grandchildren, Tiffany Burbank, Krista (Steve) Riesenbeck, Alexander (Reannen Gonzalez) Burbank, Clayton Burbank and Benjamin Burbank. Siblings include Jerry (Jackie) Burbank, and Tommy (Jenny) Burbank, Russell (Nancy) Burbank; along two grandchildren, stepchildren, step grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by his siblings; brothers; Harry Early Burbank Jr, William Burbank, Charles Ray Burbank, Donald Burbank and sisters; Boa Irene Burbank, Mary Earline Burbank McDaniel, Patsy Burke, and Erna Mae "Puffy" Burbank Hammock.

Funeral Ceremony will be 10:00 am Tuesday, January 17, 2023 with a visitation one hour prior at St. Peters Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. Visitation will be January 16, 2023 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at St. Peters Chapel.
