Charles Duane McMillan, age 84, of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri passed away on Friday, December 11, 2020. He was born in Tahoka, Texas on January 19, 1936 to Perry and Alma McMillan (nee Hays).
Charles, known as 'Duane' to his friends and family, worked for many years at Wheatland Electric in Garden City, Kansas. He enjoyed watching Kansas Jayhawks basketball and spent much time working on family genealogy. He was an Army veteran having served two separate stints of duty. Duane was a loyal and loving husband and Father.
Charles is survived by his sons, Alan McMillan, and Tim D. (Wendi) McMillan; his grandchildren, Alan C. McMillan, and Hayden S. McMillan; and his sister, Mary Ruth Cowling. He will be dearly missed by many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen McMillan; his parents, Perry and Alma McMillan; and his sisters, Jaunice Richards, and Gailyn Reeves.
