Charles E. O'Dell

Charles E. O'Dell, age 73, of Saint Louis, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2023. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri on July 28, 1949 to Charles and Hazel O'Dell (nee Bills).
Charlie is survived by his brother, David O'Dell; nephews, Randall (Ronda) Smith, Stephen Smith, and Robert (Amy) Faerber; great-nieces, Elle Faerber, Lillian Smith, and Iris Smith; step-daughters, Rebecca (Christopher) Jensen, and Jennifer (Jim Hamilton) White; and grandsons, Sebastian Jensen and Lucas White. Also survived by a host of other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl O'Dell; parents, Charles and Hazel O'Dell; and sisters, Evelyn (Kenneth) Smith and Janice Faerber.
Charlie worked for McDonnell Douglas/ Boeing, and retired after a 30 year career. He loved Harley Davidson motorcycles, and enjoyed playing Santa Claus for various events. Charlie was also a Mason, and an amateur radio operator. He was a beloved brother, uncle, step-father, step-grandfather, and friend to many. He was dearly loved, and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
