Cheryl Ann Tettaton

Cheryl Ann Tettaton, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2025, at the age of 76. Born on September 20, 1948, Cheryl was known for her vibrant personality and her remarkable sense of humor, which endeared her to all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Cheryl had a great ability to bring joy and laughter into any room, often with her unique brand of dark humor that made her both unforgettable and immensely loved.

As a devoted mother and grandmother, Cheryl's love for her family was fierce and unwavering. She cherished her time spent with her daughters, Jennifer (Keith) Smallenberger, Emily (Joey) Pierson, Christy (David) Perrin, and Dawn Kelling. Her grandchildren, Kayleigh, Kayde, Makenzie, Cameron, Carson, Jasmyn, Stormi, Jacquelyn, Jerred, Hannah, Faith, Brody, and Jayce, brought her indescribable joy, and she took immense pride in being a grandmother. In addition to her grandchildren, she was also a great-grandmother to Mason, Makenna, Max, and Laina, who will carry on her legacy of love and warmth.

Cheryl cherished the memories she made travelling with her family, particularly her adventures with her family to New Orleans and Oklahoma. The riverfront in Washington, Missouri held a special place in her heart. She would spend hours taking in the peaceful environment to reflect and find comfort. Her enduring spirit, and unwavering love will be the everlasting legacy she leaves behind.

Cheryl is survived by her siblings, Randy (Paula) Mueller and Lynne (Doug) Bond, along with many other family members and friends whose lives she touched in profound ways. She was preceded in death by her sons, Jeffrey Bruns and Michael Kelling, along with her father, Marvin Mueller, and her mother, Dorothy Mueller.

Cheryl's life was a beautiful tapestry of love, laughter, and cherished moments, and she will be dearly missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.
