Clark Michael Bertholf, age 66, of Saint Peters, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 surrounded by his family. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on August 31, 1950 to Otto and Mary Ann Bertholf (nee DeSensi). After high school he enlisted in the Navy serving from 1968-1972, and was a SeaBee during the Vietnam Era. He married the former Mary Kay Steinlage on June 3, 1978 in St. Louis, MO and during their 39 year marriage he and Mary Kay were Foster Parents to 25 children. Clark was a Residential and Commercial Electrician, after his retirement, he built and designed computers, and was known for his "tall tales," kindness, and willingness to help others.
Clark is survived by his Wife, Mary Kay Bertholf of Saint Peters, MO; two Sons, Jason M. Bertholf and Scott D. Bertholf, and a grandson Will M. Bertholf, all of St. Peters, MO; a Sister, Vivian (Joseph) Adamo of Defiance, MO, Brother, Bernard (Carol) Bertholf of TX, Sister, Janice (Larry) Beberdick of Virginia Beach, VA, and a Brother, Bruce Bertholf of KY, and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Visitation will be Sunday, February 19, 2017 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, followed by a Memorial Service at 2:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bertholf family.
