Clifford J. Neff, age 85, of Florissant, Missouri passed away on Monday, May 25, 2020 in Bridgeton, Missouri. He was born in O'Fallon, Illinois on November 30, 1934 to August and Margaret Neff (nee Rosen).
Clifford was an engineer and worked for several companies in the St. Louis area, including Emerson Electric, McDonnell Douglas, and two federal government organizations -- Aviation Research and Development Command(AVRADCOM) and Army Aviation Systems Command (AASCOM).
Clifford loved his family – he was proud of his children, and was blessed and overjoyed to see both grandchildren and great grandchildren.
His hobbies and leisure activities included golf, assisting in coaching his kids' sports teams, and gardening with his wife Patricia.
Clifford is survived by his children, Cyndy (Dan) Keeven, Jon Neff, Julie (Joe) Jones, and Peter (Melissa Brown) Neff; his grandchildren, Chris (Cindy) Harris, Abby (Randy) LaBrier, Christina (James) Johnson, Sarah (Weston) Brewe, Patrick Jones, Madeline Jones, and Catherine Jones; his great-grandchildren, Olivia LaBrier, Alex LaBrier, Carson LaBrier, Lilly Brewe, Elliot Brewe, Leo Brewe, and Sam Brewe; and his sister, Judy (Alan) Swope; He will be greatly missed by many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Neff; his parents, August (Margaret) Neff; three Sisters, Chris Hasenstab, Florence Perschbacher, Margaret Krieber; and three Brothers, Pete Neff, Gus Neff, Jake Neff;
Services will be private.
In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions in Clifford's name to St. Jude Children Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl. Memphis, TN 38105.
