Colin Patrick Harkins passed away on December 24, 2022, on Christmas Eve. Colin was born on September 8th, 1966 to Don and Carol Hankins.
Colin, even at the age of 9 or 10 was a very motivated and industrious salesman. He went door to door selling his mom's feminine products to make some extra money for himself. When mom found out about it, she was not very happy. Colin's brother-in-law, George, saw great potential in Colin and bought him a nice suit and told him that he could wear that when he turned 16 and that he would have a position at the local franchise of the Mayflower's Company that he owned.
Colin was such an inspiring salesman that he convinced his brother's nurse to marry him in 1 month after whisking her away on his motorcycle. When he married Hema, he had the experience of having 3 boys and 2 grandkids that he adored. He was the "White Pau Pau" He loved his furbabies and his simple life in Florissant.
Colin went on to have a long and successful career in sales.
Colin lived life to the fullest. He loved Socializing, music, concerts, traveling, fast cars, and snowmobiling just to name a few.
Colin always wanted to make sure that people around him were happy and content. He would go out of his way to do whatever he could to help them and to make sure all was well.
He will be missed tremendously - Rest in Peace.
