Dan Smith, age 55, of Wentzville, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2020. He was born in Kansas City, Missouri on March 13, 1965 to Curtis and Carolyn Smith (nee Penn).
Dan is survived by his wife, Linda (Tarkington) Smith of Wentzville, MO, his mother, Carolyn Smith of Louisiana, MO, two daughters, Danielle E Smith of Cape Canaveral, FL, and, Lindsey K Smith of Wentzville, MO, a sister Dawn (Kevin) Horst of Newport, OR, a brother Jeff (Mary Ellen) Smith of San Diego, CA and a host of other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father Curtis Donald Smith.
Graveside Service will be 1:00 pm Monday, March 23, 2020 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Cemetery, New Melle, MO. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Heartland Hospice at 12101 Woodcrest Executive Dr #102, St. Louis, MO 63141 or Big Brothers, Big Sisters at 501 N Grand Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63103.
With the current situation of social distancing and viruses, please do not attend the graveside service. The family will have a Celebration of Life service at a later date to Honor Dan and to allow his family and friends to pay their respects.
