Daniel Jaeger

April 20, 1959 — October 21, 2024

Daniel Jaeger, a devoted husband and father, passed away on October 21 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and hard work that will remain in the hearts of all who knew him. Born on April 20, 1959, in Milwaukee, WI, Dan grew into a man known for his gentle and loving spirit. He dedicated his life to his family and work, embodying the true definition of commitment in every aspect of his life.

Dan's passion for life was evident in his many hobbies, interests, and faith. Dan was strong in his faith and a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Wentzvillle. He found joy in working on and racing cars, always eager to share that passion with those around him. His love for playing guitar and ukulele brought music into his life and the lives of others, providing moments of joy and connection. Additionally, Daniel cherished his travels, especially to Hawaii, where he created unforgettable memories filled with laughter and warmth. The trips to his lake house at Lake of the Ozarks were particularly meaningful, as it was there that he spent cherished moments boating and enjoying the serenity of nature with family and friends.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Wendee Jaeger, and his sons, Wade (Amanda) Jaeger, Casey Jaeger, and Landan (Natalie) Jaeger, who carry forward his spirit and values. His sister, Sandra (James) Block, stands as a testament to the closeness of the Jaeger family. Along with these family members, he leaves behind a host of friends who admired his character and the kindness he extended to everyone he met.

Dan was preceded in death by his father, Gordon Jaeger, and his mother, Jane Jaeger. Their spirit lives on in the love he shared with his own family, grounding them in the values he cherished throughout his life.

The visitation for Dan will be held on November 2, 2024, from 12:00 until 2:00 pm, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 pm, both taking place at the Newcomer Funeral Home in St. Peters, MO. As we gather to honor and remember Dan, we reflect on the impact he made in our lives, the love he gave so freely, and the memories that will forever be etched in our hearts. Daniel Jaeger will be missed immensely, but his spirit will continue to inspire all of those who knew and loved him.
