David Allton

December 25, 1949 — February 10, 2024

David John Allton, age 74, of O'Fallon, Missouri went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 10, 2024. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on December 25, 1949 to Harry and Helen Allton (nee Coutts).

David is survived by his beloved wife, Joyce Allton of 52 years; loving daughters, Jennifer (Jeff) Harding of Waleska, Georgia and Kendra Allton of Houston, Texas; treasured grandchildren, Zachary and Ethan Harding; dear sister, Sandy Mello of Chicago, Illinois; and dear brothers, Paul Allton and Doug Allton, both of Chicago, Illinois.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Helen Allton.

David served in the US Army from February 1972 to January 1978 and attended Church on the Rock in St. Peters, Missouri.
