David E. Busekrus

David Edward Busekrus, age 78, of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2024 in Creve Coeur, Missouri. He was born in Belleville, Illinois on September 14, 1945 to Wilmer and Violet Busekrus (nee Ross). 

David was an avid classic car lover, especially Chevrolets. He loved the Lord and his family. In his free time, David enjoyed listening to oldies music and fishing. David was a proud Army Veteran, who served in the Vietnam War.

David is survived by his Wife, Lynn Busekrus; Children, David (Amber Fleming) Knight, Christie (Robert) Schmieder, Sherrie (Elliot) Beck, Elizabeth (Jonathan) Busekrus Blackmon, Justin (Lindsay) Busekrus, Samantha Busekrus, and Sydney (Angela) Busekrus; Grandchildren, Riley Knight, Clayton Knight, Trey Schmieder, Tyler Schmieder, Tess Schmieder, Claudia Beck, Nicholas Beck, and Caleb Busekrus; previous wife, Judy (Robert) Kerico; and a host of other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Wilmer Busekrus; Mother, Violet Busekrus; and Sister, Sharon (Paul) Diehl.

Graveside Service will be 10:30 am Monday, July 8, 2024 at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
