Debra Kohlfeld

Debra Lynn Kohlfeld, age 71, of O Fallon, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 in O Fallon, Missouri. She was born in Evansville, Indiana on October 23, 1952 to James Forshee and Betty Witherspoon (nee Hawkins). 

Debra enjoyed spending time outside, especially in the summer and spending time with her cats. In her younger years Debra loved going camping. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family and loved ones. 

Debra is survived by her Husband, Neil Kohlfeld; Daughter, Michelle (Richard) McCrary; Two grandchildren, Carrie Hampshire, Jordan (Pierce Bank) Faulkner; and a host of other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her Father, James Forshee; Mother, Betty Witherspoon; Daughter, Erica Faulkner. 

Funeral Ceremony will be 12:00 pm Monday, August 12, 2024 at St. Peters Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at St. Peters Chapel. Interment to follow Funeral Ceremony at Saint Charles Memorial Gardens.
