Dennis J. Scibetta

Dennis J. Scibetta, born on July 30, 1952, in the vibrant city of St. Louis, Missouri, passed away on November 26, 2024, in St. Charles, Missouri. A beloved son, brother, father, grandfather, and friend, Dennis exemplified a life anchored in love and community, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.

In his formative years, Dennis was nurtured by his devoted parents, Carl J. Scibetta and Dorothy Scibetta, who instilled values of integrity and kindness. As a cherished brother to Carl P. Scibetta, Dennis carried forward the bonds of family that were ever so important to him throughout his life.

With an infectious passion for life, Dennis was an ardent supporter of the St. Louis Cardinals and Blues, bringing a spirited enthusiasm to every game he watched. His love for fishing provided him with a serene sanctuary, often shared with family and friends, from which countless cherished memories were born. A steadfast listener of KMOX, he enjoyed keeping himself informed and entertained, reflecting his warming personality.

Dennis is survived by his two devoted daughters, Toni (Ethan) Haake and Teri (Jacob) Kline, who carry forward his legacy with grace and resilience. As a grandfather, he took immense pride in Kenzie, JJ, and Kamryn, reveling in their accomplishments and showering them with boundless love.

He also leaves behind his cherished brother, Carl P. Scibetta (Leann), along with beloved nieces Kristin Conrad and Kimberly Rock, who will remember him as a guiding light in their lives. Dennis is remembered not only by his immediate family but also by a host of other relatives and friends whose lives he touched with his warmth and humor.

A visitation to celebrate Dennis's life will be held on December 7, 2024, from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home in St. Peters, Missouri, followed by a memorial service from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM. His spirit will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing this remarkable man.
