Diana Albers, age 73, of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away on Friday, January 24, 2020. She was born in Saint Louis, Missouri on December 30, 1946 to Weldon and Betty Robinson (nee Wyatt).
For many years Diana enjoyed sewing and her first love was making wedding dresses. At one time she had her own craft business and enjoyed traveling to many craft shows to sell her creative gifts. She also spent many hours researching her husband's family history, visiting old cemeteries with Carl and making etchings of the old grave stones. She passed this information to her daughter Sheila to continue researching.
Diana would have celebrated 55 years of marriage to her husband Carl this April.
Diana is survived by her husband, Carl Albers; mother, Betty Snyder; daughters, Laura Franklin, Barbara (Daniel) Fraher, Billie (Ryan) Kratky, and Sheila (Ron) Medley; grandchildren, Ashley (Elijah) Stork, Blake (Kristen) Fraher, Kecia (Jim) Palmer, Victoria (Nick) Wallrich, Kadi Wells, Kory Wells, Ronnie Medley, Eva Medley, Rylea Kratky, and Holliday Kratky; Great-Grandchildren, Leonidas Palmer, Londyn Palmer, Parker Stork, Easton Stork; and sister, Theresa Smith. She will be greatly missed by many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Weldon (Billy) Robinson, Sr.; Step-Father, Earl Snyder; and brother, Weldon Robinson, Jr.
Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm on Sunday, February 2, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376 (636-875-1200). A funeral ceremony will be take place at 3:00 pm on Sunday, February 2, 2020. Interment will be private.
