Donald John Hoffmeyer, age 90, of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri passed away on Friday, August 28, 2020.
He was born in St. Louis, Missouri on March 30, 1930 to John and Louise Hoffmeyer (nee Allmeroth).
Donald enlisted in the U. S. Navy during the Korean War. He was employed by McDonnell-Douglass as a flight line inspector for 37 years.
He was married to Jeanette Hoffmeyer (nee Thudium) for 68 beloved years and was a loving father to 4 children and a cherished grandfather.
Donald is survived by his Wife, Jeanette R Hoffmeyer, Daughter, Rochelle Hoffmeyer, Daughter, Denise (Edward) Hercules, Son, Keith Hoffmeyer, Granddaughter, Jeanette Kluesner, Sister-In-Law, Barbara "Bobbie" Hoffmeyer and he will be dearly missed by a host of other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his Father, John Hoffmeyer; Mother, Louise Hoffmeyer; Two Brothers, Norbert "BoBo" Hoffmeyer, Louis "Bickle" Hoffmeyer; Half-Sister, Louise "JoJo" Mills; and Son, Kirk Hoffmeyer.
Interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery will be private.
