Donald Roy Payne, age 70, of St. Charles, Missouri passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2019. He was born in Charleston, South Carolina on August 13, 1949 to John and Irene Payne (nee Lawson).
Donald is survived by his wife, Christine Ann Payne (nee Karwowski), three daughters: Tracy Meyer, Nicole (Ben) Centunzi, Amanda (Doug) Oberkramer, three sons; David (Melissa) Payne, Daniel Payne, and Derek Payne, twelve grandchildren: Jesse, Jayme, Wade, Keeley, Alexis, Leighton, Lily, Harrison, Zack, Zoe, Elayna and Xander, and a host of other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter-in-law Candice Payne, two brothers and a sister.
