Douglas Clark

Douglas Joseph Clark, age 63, of O'Fallon, Missouri passed away on Monday, May 23, 2022 in Saint Louis, Missouri. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on May 9, 1959 to parents, Byron and Joyce Clark.

On July 11, 1987, he married Denise, and they spent 34 wonderful years together. They spent time together going to high school football games, bicycling, traveling with friends, and going to bed and breakfasts. They especially enjoyed vacations to historical sites, and Douglas even surprised Denise with a trip to Hawaii on their 25th wedding anniversary.

Douglas loved sports. He played baseball (as a pitcher and shortstop) his entire life and through college. Douglas loved playing golf and watching football games, especially when his brother was playing one of his professional football games. He was a Chicago fan, rooting for The Bears, Blackhawks, and Cubs.

Douglas is survived by his wife, Denise Clark; father, Byron Clark; son, Marcus Clark; daughter, Amber Clark; grandson, Ethan Pruitt; granddaughter, Brooke Pruitt; brother, Randy (Paula) Clark; brother, Dennis (Lisa) Clark; sister, Sandy Clark; and many more family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Fieberg.

Visitation will be held at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive in St. Peters, Missouri on Saturday, June 4, 2022 from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm with the memorial service immediately following at 6:00 pm.
