Edwina C Dubois

Edwina "Eddie" C. DuBois (nee Stagoski) passed away Sunday, January 6 at the age of 85 following her battle with Alzheimer's and dementia. Edwina was retired from the St. Louis Post-Dispatch where she worked as a reference librarian and from the St. Louis County Library where she also worked as a librarian. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles J. DuBois, Jr. and leaves behind her dear children Diane (John) Cox, Matthew (Katy) DuBois, Stephen (Kelly) DuBois and Edward (Dawn) DuBois; cherished grandchildren Justin Lueders and Madison Cox, Claire DuBois, Alec and Ian DuBois, Julian, Graham, and Vivian DuBois; sister of the late Eleanore Waldt and the late Joan Schmidt; many nephews, nieces, and friends.
A private funeral service and internment will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery on Friday, January 11. Edwina's family will hold a visitation from 2:00 - 6:00 pm with a memorial service at 4:00 pm on Saturday, January 19 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr., St. Peters, MO 63376.
