Eileen Marie Brennan

Eileen Marie Brennan, age 51, of St. Charles, passed away on Monday, June 10, 2019. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on April 4, 1968 to Edward (Jean) Brennan Jr. and Mary Lee Brennan (nee Sellers).
Eileen is survived by her daughter, Alexis (Fred) Brennan; sisters Michelle (James) Hewett, Bridget (Thomas) Yurachek, and Colleen (Craig) Brennan. She will be missed by her longtime and dear friend, William "Redz" Smithey II, along with 8 nieces and 8 nephews, and a host of other family members and friends.

Eileen was on the Volleyball team while attending Hazelwood West Senior High School. She then began working as a CNA for a number of years. She was a longtime member of the St Charles Local Auxiliary to the APWU. Her family was extremely important to her, and she made sure they all knew she loved them very much.
Eileen loved music, and could be often found playing it loudly and singing along. She was passionate about helping those who were less fortunate. The Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis was very close to her heart.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Lee Brennan (nee Sellers), brother, Kevin (Diana) Brennan;
grandfathers, Ralph B. Sellers and Edward J. Brennan Sr.; and grandmothers, Sylvia Sellers (nee Ritter), and Dorothy Brennan (nee Breer).

A gathering will be held on Monday, June 17, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. till 11:30 am. Her Service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, June 17, 2019, at St. Louis Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. A luncheon will be held immediately following the ceremony.
