Eileen Ester Irma Neumann

Eileen Ester Irma Neumann, age 95, of Ballwin, Missouri passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2023 in Town & Country, Missouri. She was born in Des Plaines, Illinois on January 10, 1928 to Romeo and Olga Sigwalt (nee Hiller).
Eileen is survived by her son, Thomas (Melinda) Neumann; granddaughters, Kaitlyn (Patrick Greene) Neumann, Erin (Austen) Owen, and Alexandra Neumann; grandson, Michael Neumann; great-granddaughter, Victoria Owen; and great-grandsons, Harrison Greene and Ozzie Owen. Also survived by a host of other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elden Edward Neumann; grandson, David Neumann; parents, Romeo and Olga Sigwalt; brother, Raymond Sigwalt; and sister, Joyce Sigwalt.
After a childhood and adult life spent in Illinois, Eileen retired to Sarasota, Florida with her husband in 1990. Following her husband's death in 2011, she relocated to the St. Louis area to be closer to family. She and her husband loved golf, taking vacation cruises, and Florida weather. Nothing gave her as much joy however, as spending time with friends and family.
