She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on March 25, 1962 to Russell and Jackie Papenberg
Ellen was a clerk at a law enforcement agency for many years, she also was a member of the Elks Lodge
She loved her beekeeping, farming, being a Civil War reenactor, and animal rescue hobbies
Ellen is survived by Husband, Jeffrey Ross, Mother, Jackie Iocca, Sister, Jamie Papenberg, Brother, William Papenberg, Sons, Nicholas Ross (Fiancé Rita Rountree) and Casey (Lena) Ross, she will also be dearly missed by six Grandchildren and host of other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her Father, Russell Papenberg
