Elvera Emma West, age 97, of Wentzville, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 in Saint Peters, Missouri. She was born in Eagle Township, Illinois on May 22, 1925 to Benjamin and Louise Schmidtt (nee Apple).
Elvera enjoyed going to Cardinal games and playing cards especially canasta and euchre with her friends in her spare time. Elvera and Lloyd liked going fishing together.
Elvera is survived by her, daughter, June Loebach; 5 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin and Louise Schmidtt; husband, Lloyd West; and her daughter, Linda Boedeker.
Funeral Mass will be held September 10 at 10:30 am, at Saint Patrick Catholic Church, 405 S Church St, Wentzville, MO 63385. Visitation will be from 9:30 am until 10:30 am prior to funeral mass at Saint Patrick Catholic Church. Interment will be private.
