Emery G. Lieurance

Emery Gene Lieurance age 88, of St. Peters, Missouri passed away on March 22, 2018, at SSM St. Joseph Hospital. He was born on December 6, 1929, in Woodward, Oklahoma. Emery was the son of the late Emery and Jennie (McCandles) Lieurance.
Emery served in the United States Air Force for eight years including the Korean War. He received various commendations including the Good Conduct Medal and the Air Force Longevity Service Award. Emery was honorably discharged from his military service in the Air Force in 1958. In 1966, Emery joined McDonnell Douglas as a technical editor and retired in 1988 after a career of 22 years.
Emery is survived by his three children, his son, Michael G. (Janet) Lieurance of St Peters, Missouri and two daughters, Michelle L. (Brad) Niehoff of Lake St. Louis, Missouri and Jenee R. Lieurance of West Plaines, Missouri. Emery had six wonderful granddaughters, Jonte Bahr, Kylee Berger, Kalyn , Kourtney and Khloe Niehoff, and Emily Lieurance and two grandsons, Nicholas Haynes and Josh Lieurance. Emery was also survived by his two brothers, Tom (Linda) Lieurance of Kansas City, Missouri and Jim (Sybil) Lieurance of Phoenix, Arizona.
Emery will be cremated with a memorial service to be held by the family at a later date.
