Emilee Marie Benskin, age 19, of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away on Thursday, November 8, 2018. She was born August 17, 1999 in St Louis, MO.
Emilee had a beautiful heart of gold, and never met a stranger. Her radiant smile lit up every room she entered, and her laugh was infectious. Emilee protected those she loved and was brave enough to stand for those who could not. Emilee lived by her own code and made no apologies for it. The sun shines a little less without her and our hearts ache now that we have to let her go, but heaven gained a treasure...until we meet again...a bushel and a peck.
She was preceded in death by her father Jeff Benskin, maternal grandfather Jack Dorlaque, paternal grandparents, Jim and Donna Benskin and uncle Jimmy Benskin. Emilee is survived by her mother Angee Smart, brother Brandon Smart, grandmother Frances Dorlaque, uncle Junior Hackman, aunt Jacki Jordan, uncle Brandon Jordan, aunt Danette Benskin, cousins: Austin and Trinity Jordan, Lauren Ince, Alixandria Adams, Reagan Benskin and Dominic Benskin.
Funeral Ceremony will be 4:00 pm Thursday, November 15, 2018 at St. Louis Chapel, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376 with officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at St. Louis Chapel.
