Esther Elizabeth Schulz

Esther Elizabeth Schulz, age 90, of Ballwin, Missouri passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2023 in Ballwin, Missouri. She was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota on March 18, 1933 to Russell and Elizabeth Thomas (nee Miller).
Esther is survived by her children, Lawrence Schulz and Deanna (Gary) Parmenter; grandchildren, Angela (Craig) Bickford, Jennifer Bess, Edward (Nicole) Bach III, Rebecca (Anthony) Saalbach, Brian (Courtney) Bach, and Katherine (Tommy) Clark; and sister, Lorraine Mann. Also survived by many loving great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Russell Thomas; mother, Elizabeth Miller; daughter, Cynthia (husband Bill survives) Saalbach; grandson, Michael Schulz; great-grandson, Carter Bickford; and brother, Lawrence (Caroline) Thomas.
Esther worked as a Medical Technologist, and retired from Glaxo-Smith-Kline after more than 30 years. She loved to travel, and she loved music, especially jazz and ragtime. Esther was a member of the St. Louis Jazz Club.
