Euretta "Tiny" Scroggins

Euretta (Tiny) Scroggins born 01/03/38 died 02/20/23

Tiny was born in Lumberton North Carolina to Ora (Smith) Hammonds and James Lattie Hammonds and was a proud Lumbee Indian. She attended Fairgrove High School in Fairmont North Carolina.

She is preceded in death by her parents and 10 brothers and sisters.

She worked for many years for Western Electric before retiring and dedicating herself to her family.

Throughout her life Tiny was known for her infectious smile, her quick whit and her infamous booty dancing skills. Her hobbies included bowling, Bingo, singing, dancing and shopping. The love for her family was deep but the love for her daughters was unconditional.

She was a devoted Mother to her 2 daughters Sherry (Ron) Lhamon from St. Peters Missouri and Dana Michelle (John) Wright from Indianapolis IN and a proud grandmother to her grandchildren Richie (Kristin) Torres, Brandon (Alyssa) Torres, Zachary (Megan) Lhamon, Bria (Marcus) Fillyaw, Shayla Wright, Tiana Wright and Brandie Lhamon. She was also a great-grandmother to Addilyn Lieser, Avery Anderson, Grace Jacob, Caden Lhamon, Kyla Boyer, Kenna Boyer, Teagan Green, Evelyn Torres, McKenna Fillyaw, (with 1 on the way) who we will make sure her memory lives on through them.

Tiny will be remembered for her unwavering faith, devotion to helping others her love of all animals and her love of life.

Tiny's loss will be felt deeply by all who knew her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
