Florence "Flo" Gardner, age 94, of Troy, Missouri passed away from complications of Alzheimer's on Thursday, May 7, 2020 in Troy, Missouri with her loving family by her side. She was born in Franklin County, Missouri on October 5, 1925 to Anton and Estell Rolwes (nee Bourbon).
Beloved wife of the late Roy Gardner for 63 years. She loved to go bowling, watch the St Louis Cardinals play baseball, to go fishing, and loved to share her cooking, especially her pumpkin and apple crumb pie, that will be greatly missed. Flo was a member of the Retired Food Workers until her retirement.
Florence is survived by her children, Jim R. (Nancy) Gardner, and Kimberly A. "Kim" (Bill) Kuhlmann; loving grandmother of, Christine D. (Walt) Greenwade, Scott Hall, Eric (Cherie) Hall, James R. (Chandra) Gardner, Jr., Matthew "Matt" (Laura) Kuhlmann, and Amanda "Mandy" (Graham) Fullerton; dear great grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Gardner; her father, Anton Rolwes; and her mother, Estell Rolwes (nee Bourbon).
Services will be private.
