Frances M. Niemann

Frances Marguerite Niemann, age 76, of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2023 in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri. She was born in Saint Louis, Missouri on December 29, 1946 to Richard and Marguerite Neiner (nee Tarrant). Frances later went on to marry John Niemann in 1966 and had three children together.

Fran is survived by her two daughters, Christina (Jeff) Seidner, Jennifer (David) Kube; son, John (Laura) Niemann; eight grandchildren, Jacob Seidner, Olivia Seidner, Kelsey Niemann, Kenzie Niemann, Colson Niemann, Violet Kube, Alice Kube, Rex Kube; four brothers, Richard (Marian) Neiner, Christopher (Jean) Neiner, Scott (Helen) Neiner, Brad (Elaine) Neiner; sister, Nancy Pecarro; and a host of other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 57 years, John Niemann; father, Richard Neiner; and brother, Tim Neiner.

Fran was an avid gardener and took pride in her beautiful plants and flowers she grew. She was a talented seamstress and used her skills to make homemade clothing for her children when they were young. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren; she loved to spend time with them and be surrounded by her family. She retired working from the Parkway School District after 25 years managing food service at Parkway West. She was a great cook and a gracious hostess for all the family events.

Fran was a very quiet person and never wanted to be the center of attention, but touched everyone around here with her kind heart, positive attitude, and care giving nature. She will be greatly missed by all.
