She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Kim Portwood Lacey, brother Kenneth Clark and sisters Judy Holstrom and Betty Hughes.
Frances is survived by her daughters, Juile M. Portwood of Saint Louis, MO and Mary F. Portwood of Portland, OR and a host of other family members and friends.
