Frances Letha Twesten, age 95 Years, of O'Fallon, Missouri passed away on Sunday December 10, 2023 in Lake St. Louis, MO. She was born in East Saint Louis, Illinois on March 26, 1928 to Earl and Anna Bateman (nee Buehler).
Frances loved playing golf (had four holes in one), card playing, gardening, square-dancing, and traveling.
Frances is survived by her two daughters, Linda Marie (Bob) Sobek of Greenwood, IN and Margie Ann (Ron) Kraft of Warrenton, MO; two grandsons, Dave (Jen) Yackey, Michael (Amy) Kraft; granddaughter, Jennifer (Mitchell) Rockwell; stepchildren; seven great-granddaughters, Haeleigh, Mikaila, Grayce, Madalyn, Taylor, Charlotte, Madison; three great-grandsons, Matthew, David, Dean; Sister, Laura Tjernagel. She will be dearly missed by many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Albert Twesten Jr.; father, Earl Bateman; mother, Anna Bateman; three sisters, Violet Ackerman, Mildred Gaines and Mary Jones; brother, Floyd Bateman.
