Frank Hodges, age 84, of O'Fallon, Missouri passed away on Friday, May 3, 2024 in O'Fallon, Missouri. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri on August 18, 1939 to Nile and Chloe Hodges (nee Staubb).
He is survived by his wife of 65 years Carol A. Hodges nee Rosales,brother Nile Hodges, sister Jean Evers, children Cynthia Webb, Frank Hodges Jr, (Tammy) , grandchildren Amie Crowder, Frankie Hodges, James Murphy, Michelle Murphy, his great grandchildren, Taylor Crowder, Jake Crowder, Mason Murphy, Mikayla Torrez, Mia Torrez and Thomas Torrez.
He spent over 40 years as a diesel/auto mechanic at E Barkers Auto and Truck repair and was a proud member of the International Association of Machinists local 777. He spent the last 21 years enjoying his retirement. He loved his family and especially enjoyed going on vacations with them, bike riding in Forest Park, watching Cardinals baseball and spending time at lake. Frank enjoyed helping family, friends and neighbors with any projects they were working on and was the go-to guy with anything car related.
He was dearly loved by all and will be forever in our hearts.
Visitation will be Wednesday, May 15, 2024 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions located at 837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr., St. Peters, MO 63376. Additional visitation will take place the following morning, Thursday, May 16, 2024 from 9:30am until 10:30am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Dardenne Prairie in the Chapel. A memorial mass will begin at 10:30am.
