George D. Dery, age 62, of Troy, Missouri passed away on Friday, December 31, 2021 in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri. He was born in Youngstown, Ohio on January 24, 1959 to Dezso and Magdolna Dery (nee Bierman).
George is survived by his beloved wife of 33 years Tracie Dery; children Kathryn (Matthias) Pupillo; Andrea (Earl) Skjoldager, and Gregory Dery; grandchildren Eli Skjoldager, Joseph Pupillo, Oscar Pupillo, Zoey Pupillo, Ava Pupillo, Chloe Dery, and Stevielynn Dery; and sister Suzanne (the late Jeffrey) Lieberman. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, and a host of other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Dezso and Magdolna Dery; and brother Ervin Dery.
George was happiest when he was working on cars, he loved to spend time tinkering in the garage. He also loved spending time outdoors, but nothing gave him as much joy as spending time with his family. George was dearly loved, and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
