Henry A. Ellerbrook

Henry Ellerbrook, age 86, of O'Fallon, Missouri passed away on Friday, April 15, 2022 in O'Fallon, Missouri. He was born in St. Louis City, Missouri on January 30, 1936 to Raymond and Augusta Ellerbrook (nee Bowers).

He was married to Carol Ellerbrook (nee Palfreeman) for 60 wonderful years. Henry was a Stock Keeper at McDonnell Douglas for over 35 years.

Henry served in the Army for 2 years as a Private First Class, receiving a Good Conduct Medal. God was always first in his life and he loved using his talent to sing for Him. He was a family man and enjoyed model trains, putting puzzles together, and was an avid Cardinals fan.

Henry is survived by his wife, Carol Ellerbrook; son, Dan (Deb) Ellerbrook; daughter, Cindy (Tim) Hedlund; daughter-in-law, Amy Ellerbrook; grandson, Tim (Fawn) Ellerbrook; grandson, Josh (Emily) Hedlund; grandson, Mark (Rae) Hedlund; granddaughter, Bethany Ellerbrook; grandson, Jacob (Alyssa) Hedlund; grandson, Stephen (Sharon) Hedlund; grandson, Philip Ellerbrook; grandson, David (Samuelle) Hedlund; grandchild, Abbygale/Lukas Ellerbrook; granddaughter, Hannah Ellerbrook; grandson, Luke Ellerbrook; great-grandsons, Maverick Hedlund, Malachi Hedlund, Shiloh Hedlund, and Richard Hedlund; and great-granddaughter, Melody Hedlund and a host of other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Augusta Johnson; father, Raymond Ellerbrook; son, Craig Ellerbrook; grandson, Caleb Ellerbrook; brother, Wade Ellerbrook; and sister, Sandy Melano.

Visitation will be held at First Freewill Baptist Church, 814 S. Woodlawn Avenue, O'Fallon, Missouri 63366 on Monday, April 25, 2022 from 9:00am-10:00am with the funeral service immediately following at 10:00am. Burial will be at St. Charles Memorial Gardens, 3950 W. Clay Street in St. Charles, Missouri following the services on Monday.
