Isaiah Duvall

May 5, 1983 — January 20, 2024

Isaiah Thomas Duvall, age 40, of O Fallon, Missouri passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2024 in Lake St. Louis, MO. He was born in St. Charles, Missouri on May 5, 1983 to Thomas and Julie Duvall (nee Turnbaugh).
Isaiah worked for the St. Charles County Highway Department for 18 years.

Isaiah had a natural ability to entertain. With his quick wit, charming personality and sense of humor, he was always the life of the party and never shied away from being the center of attention. His goofy, fun-loving nature always drew people to him. He loved making people laugh and he took great pride in being the family comedian. He was thoughtful and made sure to make those around him feel loved and included.

A lifelong outdoorsman, Isaiah loved hunting, fishing and camping. An avid sports lover you could always find him watching baseball, football, and hockey. He was a natural athlete and skilled competitor. He was passionate about baseball and played competitively throughout childhood , high school and into adulthood. Isaiah was a passionate and talented chef. He showed his love by cooking. There is nothing more he loved than to prepare meals for his loved ones, however, as a lifelong sufferer of Misophonia-he would get easily annoyed by any loud repetitive mouth sounds. SO although he would want you to enjoy his delicious meals, he definitely didn't want to hear you eat it or you would catch the wrath and possibly even hear his infamous "hungry little fella?'' commentary accompanied by a glare and head tilt.

If he wasn't at home cooking you could find him yelling at the TV during a UFC fight, hanging out at the pool in his designated corner or hitting the golf links. Isaiah also enjoyed jamming out to music, singing karaoke, and sipping a margarita at his favorite Mexican restaurant.

Isaiah was his authentic self at all times. He didn't hide who he was or what he believed. He loved deeply and provided so much joy to the lives he touched. He will be truly missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.

Isaiah is survived by his Mother, Julie (Scott) Shipman; Two Sisters, his twin sister Sarah (Joe) Whitaker of O Fallon, MO,and Megan Shipman; Step-Sister, Lauren Harke; Step-Brother, Matthew (Krystal) Harke; Three Daughters, Hannah Duvall, Madison Duvall, Lily Duvall; Two Sons, Noah Duvall, Isaac Duvall; Step-Mother, Joyce Duvall; and a host of other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Thomas Henry Duvall.
