Jack J. Lokcinski, 24, of O'Fallon, passed away December 13, 2015.
He was born February 5, 1991, in Maywood, Illinois. He was a graduate of Fort Zumwalt West High School. He attended St. Louis Health Career Center.
Jack loved playing video games, Dragonball Z, WWE, and hanging out with Amanda, one of his many friends.
Jack is survived by parents, Lois and Bart Weinstein of O'Fallon; two brothers, Ronals A. Markiewicz of St. Charles, MO, Ryne A. Markiewicz of Festus, MO; sister, Harriet E. Testa of O'Fallon, MO; grandmother, Dianne D. Gates of Champaign, IL; grandparents, Jack and Rochelle Weinstein of Ballwin, MO; additional family members and his dogs, Boondox and Zeus.
A Celebration of Jack's life will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri, December 17, 2015, at 7:00 pm.
The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm prior to Jack's service.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of St. Louis.
